This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing site (jwelly.ai) and our application (studio.jwelly.ai), and to our APIs and support channels.

  • Wallet/credit purchase history and transaction metadata
  • Razorpay order/payment references

Note: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not intentionally store full card details on our servers. Any payment method details we store are limited and used for billing/support.

D. Content you upload and generate

  • Images you upload (e.g., jewellery product images)
  • Generation preferences (e.g., shot preferences, model configuration, etc.) you submit or that are generated to operate the Service
  • Output images/videos created by the Service

Important: Uploaded and generated assets may be stored as public ("unlisted") URLs on our storage provider. Anyone with the link may be able to access the asset.

E. Communications

  • Emails/messages you send to support or provide through forms
  • Feedback and other information you choose to share

F. Analytics and observability data

  • Basic usage analytics (e.g., pages viewed, feature usage)
  • Diagnostic and performance telemetry (including AI request tracing such as provider/model, latency, and error details). Depending on configuration, prompts and completions may be logged with redaction policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including AI processing of your uploaded images to generate outputs)
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts, and prevent fraud/abuse
  • Process purchases, manage credits, and provide invoices/receipts where applicable
  • Communicate with you about service messages (verification, password resets, product updates, and support)
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and quality
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the Service, such as:

    • Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel)
    • Database hosting (e.g., managed PostgreSQL such as Neon)
    • File storage/CDN for uploaded and generated assets (e.g., Vercel Blob)
    • Email delivery (e.g., Resend)
    • Payments (Razorpay)
    • AI providers used to analyze/generate content (e.g., Fal.ai, OpenRouter)
    • Observability/monitoring (e.g., Axiom)
  • Legal and safety: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety and prevent misuse

  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (we will take reasonable steps to notify you)

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Because some assets may be stored at public URLs, please avoid uploading content you consider highly confidential, and do not share asset links publicly unless you intend to.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Request information about processing and disclosures
  • Lodge a complaint with a relevant authority
